Fox Hunt 2010
I had seen this family of foxes a few times during my trips to the barn over the summer and had even stopped on occasion to photograph the vixen and her two kits. They were in a relatively shallow den not far from the grid in between two hobby acreages. One afternoon when I had Sadie and Kiwi out with me at the farm the land owner asked if I could help encourage them to leave as they had just started taking a liking to his heritage chickens. Sadie, with help from her 8 month old daughter Kiwi, bolted them quickly and we filled in the den. I was sorry to see them go but was glad this land owner provided us this rare opportunity in our own back yard.
