Brush Hunt SK 2011
We were asked by our barn owner to take a look for a couple of raccoons who had been causing some damage to her property. She suspected that they were living out by the old cross country jumps so we hiked out on foot to find them. We located one in short course taking a mid-day nap under an old set of enclosed bleachers. I tailed Cali out as she can be a little impatient with above ground quarry and entered Sadie with Kiwi keeping an eye on the other end of the structure. With both terriers working together the problem was quickly solved and after a thorough search confirmed no more hiding critters I put Loki down to catch the scent and get her first introduction to the field. She climbed in and around all sorts of places and popped in and out from under the bleachers a number of times. I hope this little girl has her mother's work ethic as her small size will allow her to go anywhere her heart will take her!
